how do I get rid of this message: volte configuration menu has stopped

Korean Samsung Note 5. When I insert sim i get the following message: "Volte Configuration Menu has stopped". Cant get rid of this window. Without sim card everything works and with sim card it receives calls but cant get rid of message to use phone. How do I disable volte in Samsung note 5. I need to get rid of this message to use the phone. Im desperate!
