Android version 3.2 unable to download apps

[AC Question]

Samsung galaxy tab 7 plus after I did factory reset. I can't download any apps from Google play store. Always appears error code. Can someone help me solve this issue

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or just your home network? After the reset, were you able to enter your Google account info during the Setup Wizard?

Try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
