I am facing an issue with my Vivo S15 phone and hope someone can help me resolve it.
**Device Details:**
- Model: Vivo S15 V2203A
- Operating System: Android 14
- Location: Mozambique
- Carrier: [I have tried all carriers and it's the same issue]
**Problem Description:**
Whenever I try to use MMI codes to perform operations like checking balance or activating credits, I often receive the message "MMI completed" or "Invalid MMI code." In some instances, it seems to work, but if I choose a different option, the error appears again.
**Steps I've Already Tried:**
1. I verified the correct typing of the MMI codes, including all characters.
2. Updated to the latest version of Android (Android 14).
3. Restarted the device and toggled Airplane Mode on and off.
4. Checked and manually configured the network in Settings -> Mobile Networks -> Operators.
5. Changed the network type between 3G, 4G, and 5G.
6. Restored network settings in Settings -> System -> Advanced -> Reset options -> Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
7. Tried all solutions offered by my carrier (account verification, APN settings, etc.), but still haven't found a solution.
**Additional Context:**
- I am certain that the device is not locked to a specific carrier because I can use other services like the internet, calls, and even checking the balance, but when I want to choose options to activate bonuses or other services, the error is presented.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone faced something similar or have any ideas on what more I can try?
