New nexus 9 constantly wants to update

[AC Question]

I have a new (2 days) nexus 9.
It prompted an upgrade to 5.1.1 and it seemed to load and install perfectly.
It then downloads another (or the same) upgrade again, and always want to reboot and install the update again.
Am I getting new updates, or the same one over and over. If so, why?

Welcome to Android Central! It should tell you how big each update file is. Are they exactly the same size? If not, then it's probably doing incremental updates in order to finally update to Marshmallow.
