How can I get into my old deactivated phone if I forgot the password?

I need to get into my old phone which has been deactivated because of important data that is still on the phone, but I don't remember the password and nothing I try is working. Please help!

Ask your carrier if they can remove the password file for you. They should still have a record that you had that phone activated with them.
