My grandpa bought a used Moto X and never set up any email or installed any apps. It was giving him problems so I factory reset it for him. Now in the setup screen, it says:
"This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device."
I asked my grandpa several times if he's sure that he didn't sign in but he doesn't even have an email address.
Is there maybe a default email and password like 1234 etc?
