A
AC Question
This is my first post here so sorry if i have choose the wrong section to post
Not to sure what to call this button, However it is the onscreen button that has two Squares. It basically allows you to close apps that are running and switch between open apps quickly.
Anyway to the point of this post, it appears that after a screen replacement the button in question is no longer working. It responds to my S Pen and also has the LED light shining through, however it is completely unresponsive to my finger. The back button on the right hand side of the phone works fine with both the SPen and my fingers. Could this be caused by a lose connection? A new firmware that has been installed on the phone? Or a disabled setting on my phone? Could anyone shed some light as to how i may be able to get this to work again?
