I cant open smart remote cant find the app

I installed smart remote to my tv I uninstalled or turned off the app somehow and now I cant open it even find the app to use it.

If you're talking about the Smart Remote app for Samsung phones with IR Blasters, that was discontinued a couple months ago. It was replaced by the Peel remote app.
