phone stuck on enlarged print

I have a pop mega onetouch phone and its stuck on enlarged everything. Tech support says no clue your on your own anyone else had this problem, if so how did you fix it.

Go into the settings and under accessibility, there should be a large text toggle. If that isn't set, check the display options for the text size.
