Why can't the LG Leon run the Star Wars app?

I remember hearing about the official Star Wars app and I was gonna download it but I saw it wasn't in the play store. I then looked it up on google and clicked the Google Play link, went to the Play store and where it would tell me to download it says your device isn't compatible with this version. Is this something Disney has to fix or LG? In other words, who can I complain to?

It's also unavailable to download on my LG Transpyre, which is almost the same phone. I think it may have to do with the fact that there is VR stuff in the app that requires a gyroscope, and the phone doesn't work with this because it has no gyroscope (it also doesn't work with Google Cardboard). This shouldn't mean you should be prohibited from using the rest of the app though. I would do the same thing and complain to Disney. If that fails, just download the APK from somewhere else and install it that way.
