Lg g2 doesnt get past welcome screen!

Hey guys, I just bought an at&t lg g2. Then first thing I did was update it to android 5.01. The phone is not rooted at all. Before I went to bed last night, I restarted my phone to keep it from lagging. When I came back to see it, all it was doing was turning on, staying at the welcome Lg logo for 20-30 seconds and then going black and doing it over and over. The only other thing I could do is hold the lock button for 10 seconds and it would turn off but do the same thing when I turn it back on, and factory reset. So I factory reset and rebooted my phone to see if it would still be stuck and not turn the phone on all the way. Sure enough, it was stuck, just the lg logo going on and off. Is there a way to fix it without taking it apart or rooting it, or should I just send it back.

I would suggest sending it back
