Apps that are installed on the internal SD card are missing (more info).

[AC Question]

I have a 906 generic tablet running Kitkat (4.4.4) rooted.

I have turned it off and then back on to find all the apps moved to internal sd are not working.
The icons on the home screen are there, the apps are not in the app drawer.

The apps are not listed in the Apps manager so I can not clear cach.

Looking at internal SD in storage the space is still taken up so they are not deleted.
Clicking on the apps in the home screen brings up "app isn't installed".
If I try to re install from play store I get "can not install error 24".
This has happend twice in two weeks with a factory reset data done last week.

In settings/storge I have 1GB "internal storage" with 375mb free.

5.43GB "internal SD card" with 4.55GB free (this is where I move downloaded apps to).

I also have "Removable storage" with "mount SD card" and "mount USB disk" these have no storage space as no external card or usb stick is pluged in.

I can still access and store to the internal sd card so it is working.

Seems like a software problem. I would contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement.
