My phone (nexus 6) ran out of battery while using and switched off. After I connected it to power and switched on, the settings panel and home button seems ti be not working.
When you pull down the notification panel it says no notifications. I hear new notification sound when receiving notification but it still shows no notifications. Then when you pull it again for settings panel it won't work. Its like there is no functionality like that.

Additionally when you click the home button within an app nothing happens, it does not goto the home screen, but you get the clicking feedback and sound.

    Please help me!!!
