Help needed installing Marshmallow on LG G4 H815

[AC Question]

OTA says that my phone is on the latest release. However, LG Bridge shows Marshmallow is available. It downloads the entire OS, unzips it and then says it can't install and to remove the battery and try again.

I have done this many times with the same results.

Is there something else to try or must I wait until it shows up as an OTA update.

I live in Panama.
