why quicktrip app will not work on motorola droid razr phone

sign keeps popping up (your network data seems to be disabled, do you want to enable it ? answer no or yes) answer yes wireless & networks app pops up with the vpn, mobile networks & media share settings also the Wi-Fi settings pops like the is not log onto the internet.

Hi, welcome to the forums! I did a quick search for that app and the latest update was in December 2014. Maybe it has some incompatibility issues with most recent devices and Android versions. Try getting in touch with the developers.
