How can I access my new app?

[AC Question]

I've downloaded a new app. for(a phone message service). The account is correctly set up and I've been able to access it via my laptop. When I try to log in via my Android, the screen goes to "Accessing Server". The phone stayed in accessing mode for about 5 minutes with no results. And, during this time about 1/2 the battery power has gone?
