Keyboard changes language automatiaclly after update

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 4 910F
today I upgraded it from kitkat to lolipop 5.1.1
after this upgrade my keboard doesn't act like it used to be
I'm using 2 langauges, the phone language is English
when I change the keboard to the second language to write anything on any application after I finish and click send it chages automatically back to english
before that it alwas used to stay on the last language I use
it happens in all the appliections I have on my phone
the only place that it works fine it when I send SMS - then the keboard stays with the last language I used
but with any other app no

is there any way to fix it?

I would try to clear cache on the keyboard app

maybe it's a problem that considering the version itself?
(each contry has its own version)

Perhaps try a third party keyboard like Swiftkey
