When I shoot a short video with my Android camera, I can't play it back.

I have a Note 3 and the camera works fine in picture mode but if I shoot using the video mode, it says that the file can't be played. I have installed some 3rd party apps and not of them will play it. Could the apps be actually be causing the problem?

Try to clear cache in the camera app
