Wifi error and bluetooth

Since I make updated to android5.0.2 software# 1.45.401.2 I can't open the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Please help my phone HTC e9 plus dual SIM

Try a Cache Partition wipe, good practice after a system upgrade.
If no go, a Factory Reset may be worth trying. Let us know if you need advice about backing up your personal data beforehand.
