My. LG 4G LTE VS950 is stuck in a bootloop please help

Its reboots at the LG onscreen logo. Shuts down at thatpoint the n powers back up over and over. I have done the estart to factory reset.went right back to same bootloop.any suggestions?

Unfortunately I don't think there is. I was going to suggest a reset, but since you already did and it's still rebooting the problem may be deeper. Can you replace the battery? Sometimes that seems to be the problem and a new battery will fix it. It's probably the cheaper fix before sending it to LG (if that's an option) for repair or replacement.
