My LGV30 just had a firmware upgrade and its now stuck on the lg logo screen and wont power down.

Tried LG online chat for advice, which went as follows;

'Press and hold Power and Volume Down Wait for the LG logo. Keep holding the Volume Down button and release then re-press the Power button for 1 sec. You should now see the Factory Data Reset screen. Use Volume Down to navigate to Yes. Press Power to confirm.'

Tried that multiple times it didn't work.

The accessing hardware control option didn't work either;

'Hold power button and both volume down keys together for 10 seconds.'

This just brings up an IMEI screen displaying barcodes, along with text 'Press the power key to exit and restart phone', this does not work, it just displays the white text than goes back to that logo again.

Any other ideas/advice please?

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official update pushed over-the-air, or did you do it manually?
