I want to change my default country to US

Hi,

I am from India and used my phone in India to purchase applications from Google Play. Now I am moved to US and updated my US phone number in G-mail settings. I want to start download the applications listed in US play store which is not allowed as per current phone settings. I tried changing the clearing the cache **** it didn't work. I just removed my India credit card from Google Play settings.
I am yet to get a new Credit card in US but want to start purchase of Free apps now. Please make required settings to enable this.
