Why is my Droid Razr HD stuck on the red eye loading screen?

[AC Question]

Last night I encountered problems of apps crashing. I decided to shut it off and turn it back on to see if that would fix anything. However, after trying to turn it on, I would just get stuck on the red eye. I've tried everything I've found online (soft reset, cache partition wipes, factory resets, even waiting 75 minutes on the red eye), but I still have this problem. Help please?

Welcome to Android Central! My guess would be a corrupt firmware or a motherboard failure. Either way, I'm not sure if you'll be able to recover from that. Were you actually able to boot into Recovery? If so, perhaps there's some way to re-flash the stock firmware, although I don't have the experience for that.
