My coolpad arise time is off and I tried to restart it and turn off and back in nothing works please help

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Date & Time, and make sure it's set to Automatic Network Time & Date, as well as Automatic Time Zone. If it is, and the time is still incorrect, then what time zone does it think you're in?
