Malware download gives 2 program options to open, ATT smart WiFi or off. Which one?

I have downloaded Malware exploit for Android and when I click on the download to run ,exe program it asks me to choose either off or ATT Smart WiFi. I've never seen that before. Usually programs open and install themselves. What should I do?

exe files are Windows files. What are you trying to do?

And why would you want to download malware? (An exploit is something that misuses the device. Did you mean a malware remover? If that's the case, install Malwarebytes on your Android device.)
