Won't install update..

Hello AC. I have a problem with my Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 This phone has it Owen App store. And updates comes to it using apk's Not Google play store. But I can't install the latest update that are some weeks old now. And it's starting to get annoying for me.. Can any of you help me out? Cheers. Hi, sorry my Danish is none existent so it's pretty hard to read what the screen shot says - have you tried resetting your device, what happens if you try and update the app without WiFi on and use your mobile data?

Hey No I haven't tried to reset my device. Was hoping not to. It's the same thing with or without WiFi. And I have also tried to reinstall the app. And so now it's in even earlier version and still won't update
