It's not rooted, I don't have any third-party alternative desktop installed, nothing that isn't stock or from the Google Play Store or other reputable site (e.g., Amazon). The memory is _very_ full (96%). Was trying to remove photos, etc., when phone bricked. If I let it sit overnight with no battery, it will then almost boot (run through LG logo, AT&T logo, start to show home page and/or lock screen, then fail). It will then loop through 7 or 8 more boots, but never get farther than the AT&T logo, then total failure. Tried to boot into safe mode, but got the same result. I may just be screwed here, but if there's any way to recover, I'd prefer that to buying a new phone.

    It's the battery.

I've been experiencing this same issue for the last 2 days so I checked the forums and it seems to be a known issue.
My phone only works if the charger is connected, the second I remove the charger it boot loops like crazy. I've ordered 2 new batteries which seems to be the solution.

    Good luck.
