Can't encode the passkey for bluetooth pairing

I tried to connect thru bluetooth huawei y511-u10 to samsung tab 4. Everytime I tried to pair the devices, it displays this message: To pair with samsung tab 4, make sure it is showing this passkey: (the number changes every attempt to pair). My problem is I can't encode the displayed passkey on the samsung tab 4, thus, they can't be paired and I can't transfer the photos. Hope somebody can help me.
