Good and resistant smartphone?

In the last 4 years I had 6 different brand smartphones (iphone 3 G, windows Dell, Samsung S3, Moto G, Lg G3 and Sony xperia z3) But the thing is that or they broke down or they were not what I expected. I`m travelling to miami (I`m from Argentina) in a couple of months and I would like to get a real smarthphone that , 1st works great, have a very good camera, the touchscreen doesnt crush, and that doent stop working for one time to another (happened to 2 different samsung). Any suggestions? I need your experiences!
