What should I do?

My Motorola cell phone broke and the warranty company didn't have that model any more so they replaced it with an LG Escape2 as my only option. Now my phone keeps saying storage low every day. I tried to send a short 20mb video via text and gmail but would not work says oversize attachment? The camera takes blurry pictures every time. The battery goes dead halfway through the day. Should I try and get another one, try to fix this one, or what?

It sounds like you are out of storage. Try to clear up some stuff and see if it helps. Otherwise, try to do backup and do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem
