Why do I keep getting "Unfortunately bluetooth has stopped?"

This is for an LG Optimus Pro E980. I am not connecting to a car, as I see a lot of answers relating to connecting to a car. I connect to Bluetooth headphones only, and this continues to happen in safe mode. Please help me, this is super frustrating. I can't use my headset for calls or listening to music.

Welcome to Android Central! If that's happening in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be either a firmware or hardware issue. Is the phone still under warranty?
