I need Help creating a Tasker profile - would like the S-pen notification to always be audible

I am looking to create a Tasker profile and have been searching for days to no avail. What i would like is for my s pen detach/insert notification sound to always be audible regardless of sound setting for the rest of my notifications. I have a Note 5 that is not rooted.
