Ever since android upgraded from kitkat to lollipop and now marshmallow my applications will not auto update. I have to physically go in and update all". It causes the phone to heat up and drain the battery very quickly when an application wants to update but can't. Please help. I have had the issue on 4 separate Samsung phones, Google tech support was not able to help, T-Mobile tech support, and T-Mobile store associates. I have done everything I can think of. I just got my S7 Edge but am about to go to Apple if I cannot figure this out.
