My phone got stuck and is showing only Moto logo. What should I do??

It is moto e2.this happened when I connected it to my virus infected laptop

Welcome to the forums. You should be able to reboot into recovery. Press and hold power to simulate a battery pull, then press volume down while still holding power. You should see a 'No command' screen come up. You can then release the buttons and then briefly hold power and quickly click volume up. That will bring you to recovery. There you can try a factory reset and see if that helps.
