Question When I long press on screen, my phone locks! LG Velvet.

it happened suddently and I fear I catched a virus. Before I was able to add widgets when I long pressed the home screen in an open space but now it siply locks. I tried restarting the phone and deactivating the knockON but nothing

It wasn't but by turning it on and then off i solved the problem somehow. Thanks

Yes. But I noticed that sometimes it doesn't happen ( not with safemode)

. No clear explanation, although they mentioned that it started after using the dual screen -- were you using that for your Velvet?

If you have a screen protector, try taking it off.

Ultimately, you may need to consider a factory reset.
