A new pop up since the AT&T update to my Note 5.

[AC Question]

Right after I turn on the phone and can see the lock screen, an oval dialog in, Chinese, I assume pops up for a few seconds and disappears. I have a screen cap but don't see a place to upload it.. Would love to get rid, or change it to English, and yes all settings are confirmed to be in English US.
