Question What is this pop up ?

On my new Doogee S118, if I get a phone call, this stupid, useless thing pops up, and I don't know how to get rid of it ?
Also sometimes, I will end up with everything closed... Even the phone app.... But I will still be connected to a call, and no way to hang up on it ?
I have literally had to reboot my phone to end a call ?!?!
This is a pretty small pop-up, just the rest of the screen has been cropped out...

Welcome to Android Central! See if you can boot into Safe Mode, and if you can, see if that persists:

If it goes away in Safe Mode, then it's due to some app you installed. It can be tricky to pinpoint the culprit app, though -- sometimes you just have to uninstall apps one by one until it goes away.

What android version is it on? If you pull your notifications panel down you see an option to hang up?
