Just got Samsung Galaxy S6 wants pin to hear voicemail. I dont know what it is!!!

there are several things I cant find correct answer to for new Samsung galaxy s6. why does EVERY app want full access to ALL my info? do i really have to Call to hear voicemail?? how do I take a screen shot and save it? how do I change my homescreen and notification sounds.. Please so frustrated.

To take a screen shot, Wipe the edge of your hand from Left to Right on the screen.
