Phone won't vibrate at all?

I own a Kyocera Hydro Air and I just happened to notice it wasn't vibrating when I type a text, get a message, etc. My audio settings are set to vibrate and I've restarted my phone multiple times. I don't know what else to do.

Those settings are listed in "Sounds" usually at the bottom.
Have you confirmed there what your preferences are?
