why i cannot update my gflex 2 to 5.1.1

Hello im from philippines i bought my lg flex 2 i month ago and i want to update it in lollipop 5.1.1 but update center always says " update service limited please contact lg 1544-7777" my lg flex model is lg flex 2 f510l...
