Touchpal 2015 has stopped Working

Yesterday March 27, 2016 There was an update in my Blu Life Pure XL phone, in which it asked me if i wanted to update it. I did, unfortunately when it finished installing, a message in my phone appeared which said: Touchpal 2015 has stopped Working. I've tried many things in fixing the problem but there wasn't any luck. It also told me if i wanted to send an error report, but I can't send one since I can't use the phone's keyboard. Anyone has any idea how I can fix or forward this to the company?

This is what worked for me. Good luck.

First verify if you have another keyboard among your apps and turn it on.

If you don't, then tap your way to a new one.
Open the Playstore.
Tap personalization.
Install any keyboard.
Have a beer or diet soda to celebrate.

Touchpal notifications can remain popping up , whether by instal error or after disabling, uninstalling. If so, when a notification pops up don't just tap it. Touch and hold pressed. It should open a window with options to disable notifications.
