How to uninstall unwanted apps or file/s

Hey umm i got my android here that is downloading unwanted apps without my permission and when i attempt to uninstall it on settings, It will always say " Unfortunately, Settings has stopped " or something like that. And um yeah, I just wanted to know if there's any solution to this kind of problem. And Just saying but when i Scan viruses using AVG, It has 13 threats and that threats are pre-installed 'something'. Its a malware it said. Avg cant do anything about it and it says that it cant be uninstalled its because its pre-installed by ......'something' vendor. Lol.

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have, and what is it downloading? Did you install any new apps lately?

Its me, I dont remember installing anything before it happened. I got Starmobile Sky. Dont know if you heard of it.

If you can, try rebooting in safe mode. See if that helps.
