Does anyone use voice wake up on Samsung s6

I can't get it to work reliably. No matter how clearly I say the recorded phrase it only works sometimes. This is very frustrating because sometimes I will have to say it 5 times. And this means I can't put the phone in my pocket and use voice commands. That makes this phone crap in my opinion. Does anyone use voice wake up regularly, is it my phone or is it a defect?
