i have a S6 edge from bluegrass cellular ,i owe a bill on it ,can i still put another service on it

havent paid bill at bluegrass ,paid a deposit ,my service is shut off, can i switch providers with me owing a bill,as of now i put a sprint simms in it & it read it picked up the phone number on it ,

Welcome to the forums. The device has probably been blacklisted by your original provider. If it has, the chances of you using it are highly unlikely.
