Edge 6+ Set up for fingerprints, but on restart requires password & then won't accept it.

I just got Marshmallow. On restarts, it won't let you sign in with the fingerprint. For security reasons it forces you to use the password. (which I get .. fine.) But why won't it take my password? I've had to do a factory reset twice now in a week. Both times I tried my password at least 20 times and it kept saying wrong password. (and I know I typed it correctly).

If you "know" you are correct, then I would suggest contacting Samsung Support, as it would appear that you either need a replacement device, or they need to re-flash the MM software. The only advice we could give you, would be to factory reset, but since that didn't help, I would think you need it reflashed with MM OEM Software. If you have a local best buy store with a samsung counter, they will do it for you, they have for me, twice in the past, for free.
