why cant I come into the playstore?

I've bought a secondhand samsung s6 but after starting it up i can't come in the playstore. Translated from dutch it says that it can't login and there is not a trusted connection with the server

Firstly restore your phone , now attach your google account with your playstore and be sure for good internet connection , sometimes apn create biggest problem for phone , search for better apn for your phone with your location
