I've noticed that when I try to record a video in UHD (4K) or 1080p60fps on my S7 Edge, it limits my recording to 10 minutes. Is there a way to undo this? I am planning on using it this summer to record several sessions of 30 minutes or more, and I'd like to do it in 1080p at 60fps if possible.

It can be limitaition of the Samsung camera software. Try to get an other camera app on Google Play.
And ensure, that you have enough free space.

Doesn't matter the app. It's a samsung limitation of 5min UHD, even that it continues to record afterwards, creating a new file.
