Unable to run mksdcard SDK tool error when i change location of SDK to my other partition(windows)?

I have installed Android studio in Ubuntu 14.04. I was having this problem Unable to run mksdcard SDK tool initially. But, i solved this problem when i read an article in stack overflow. It gave one command to install certain 32 -bit libaries. Now, i have run out of space in Ubuntu partition. So, i changed my sdk location to a windows partition. But now again im getting "Unable to run mksdcard SDK tool." I have allready run commands to solve this problem. But this problem still persists.
