Locked my phone via android device manager requested the pin a number of time and keep on going round in circles but I m not able to unlock, can someone help?

I'm afraid I don't quite understand. You're saying that you locked the phone with a new PIN using ADM, but that it does not recognise it when you enter it on the phone? When you say that you don't know the password, do you mean the PIN?
