Why are 186 files still waiting to upload after 4 days?

From Galaxy 4 to google drive (485.8 MB) . I've gone into the google drive manager, cleared cache and forced stop. When I click clear data, it tells me all files, etc., will be deleted. What should I do?

Leave the phone connected to the internet (you might break the upload if you change connections). It can take a long time to upload 186 files to Drive, even if they're small.
